  • -Previous experience handling or cooking food is an asset
  • -Previous experience cooking and handling food in a high-volume dining restaurant is a definite asset
  • -Excellent organizational skills
  • -Some lifting up to 40 lbs.
  • -Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • -Able to follow a recipe and understand units of measure.
  • -Punctual and dependable.
  • -Ability to work with little supervision
  • -Team player.
  • -Must possess Food Handlers Certification

 

Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities
  • -Ensure the quality of food is outstanding each and every time
  • -Items are produced quickly and efficiently with pride and attention to detail
  • -Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized stat
  • -Re-stock any low items during the shift
  • -Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
  • -Record and report all waste
  • -Prepare and portion all items promptly, efficiently and with attention to detail
  • -Keep the work area, utensils and production equipment in a clean, sanitized state
  • -Re-stock any low items during shift
  • -Perform all opening and closing tasks as instructed
  • -Adhere to the Health and Safety policies and procedures outlined in the Health and Safety Program
  • -Follow safe food handling procedures at all times
